Your massage does not have to hurt to be effective. No longer do you have to be attacked with elbows to remove the tension in your body. My technique provides maximum results with little to no discomfort. Many of my clients are able to sleep during the treatment and feel completely changed after the massage.

My massage practice is open to everyone but I specialize in working with active individuals. The majority of my clients are professional athletes, personal trainers, ironman participants,  MMA, crossfit, body builders, and fitness models. I also work with post surgical patients. Many clients see me for lymphatic work after cosmetic surgeries and joint repair/replacements.

My massage is also very unique because I don’t time the session. My goal is to change your body and I don’t want to be limited by time. Whether it takes me an hour or 2 and a half hours, you only pay a flat rate for the session. I don’t believe in nickel and diming people when it comes to their health. Most of my sessions typically last 2 hours but can be a little less or more.
